Rear damper replacement on a 2004 MINI Cooper S,  without using a spring compressor.  How hard can it be?  Bring a first aid kit and watch this space for details!

New Details: At Bill Scotts garage March 24th 10am

Mid March still looks likely, probably on Bill Scotts lift.  Before this happens I have to make sure all the bolts are unfrozen, parts need to arrive and Bill and I have to find a date good for both of us.

Bob, you said  .... "Bill and I have to find a date good for both of us" - where are Mary & Barbara when you need them?

You don't have to answer that  But if it proves challenging, consider:

Everyone, ... I did not realize that the location would be Chatham, when I made the offer to do my Chicken enchiladas.

I simply can't do the distance to Chatham & back due to my issues ... sorry
BUT I am still willing to do my chicken enchiladas for this event IF we can do some sort of pony express!

Those who know me will understand ....

Chatham!!! Who said Chatham? BREWSTER is the place, Bill Scott's lift is in BREWSTER. Beside the garage in Brewster is the place where Bill and Mary live. So come on, let come to the tech session in Brewster and help Bob fix his MINI.
