Got a call from Frank Frett last night seeing if Kate & I wanted to join in on a short notice run today.  With the weather in the mid 60's we woke SIMON up in the barn, after promising him the rest of the year off.  Five cars met up at the Charlie Horse in West Bridgewater for one last jaunt.  Don & Jodi Fletcher in their 74  TR6, just back from a Doctor's visit, wanted to get some miles on her after being without their car for a bit They were joined up with Frank in his 75 TR6, Joe & Kathy Rocha in their 74 and Dennis & Karen Sokol down from Stoneham in their Topaz 74 TR6. Kate & I led the tour in the STAG with the gaggle of TR6's following.  Rte 106 to 105 in Halifax onto 58 in Plympton with a stop for lunch at Cornerstones in Carver.  After libations we hit the back roads of Middleboro, Rochester, Marion with a final stop at Ned's Point Lighthouse in Mattapoisett.  Kate & I had a previous engagement with our REAL FRIENDS!!! so we scooted from there.  Just a great day with very nice folks.

Sounds like you had a great weekend adventure. It is also good to know that the South East Mainland Mass Branch - SEMMB - of the CCBCC is active and doing well.

That would have been a nice drive, but starting from Brewster would have ment a full day before arriving back home in beautiful down town Brewster.

    Have a good Thanksgiving

    Bill
